What's in store?

Our NICAS bouldering level 3 classes will build on the skills young people have learned over levels 1 & 2 and introduce some of the more advanced movement techniques needed for climbing, as well as learning more about the sport of climbing as a whole!

Expect sessions covering: Dynamic movement, Heel hooks, Body positioning, and much more.

Classes are aimed at ages 7yrs and up.
Those aged 14 or over may prefer the Teen NICAS Bouldering sessions.
